Four Mondays—10-12 or 2-4

Using a variety of papers and two-dimensional materials  students  explore how common images can translate into magical images and environments.

Draw With Colored Pencil  $100

Four Tuesdays—10-12 or 2-4

Students do simple drawings of still life forms, leaves or other natural shapes and learn how to shade and develop layers of colors to create light and shadow, textures, reflections and rich vibrant color effects.

Meditative Drawing   $100

Stamp and Stencil Painting  $100.00

Four Mondays—10-12 or 2-4

With acrylic paints, brushes and stencils on canvas, students explore layering multiple shapes and colors towards creating their own unique compositions.

Colored Pencil with Oil Pastel Layering  $100.00

Four Tuesdays—10-12 or 2-4

Students do a simple drawing or design then apply three layers of oil pastels over the drawing.  Scraping off the layers of oil pastels reveals the drawing beautifully enriched by a patina produced by the  oil pastel colors.

Meditative Drawing  $100.00

Beginning and advanced students alike find that this simple drawing method  not only calms and comforts, but also creates an inspirational image that imparts tranquility when viewing it again and again.
